Nienke is 4 dagen in Lütisburg geweest om een kijkje in de keuken te nemen bij de training van Lütsiburg! Het was super gaaf om mee te maken hoe zij trainen en hoe zij zich voorbereiden op de kampioenschappen. Zo’n gemotiveerd team en zo’n gemotiveerde trainer. Zij hebben een techniek gevonden om allemaal(!!) op te zwaaien naar handstand.
Super leuk, om zo veel informatie mee te nemen naar huis, waarbij wij thuis de training ook naar een hoger niveau kunnen tillen.[:en]For four days, Nienke went to ‘Switzerland to visit Team Lütisburg to see and learn how they train. It were 4 exciting days with a lot of technique training. It was amazing to see how dedicated they are, how hard they train and how effective!
It was cool to see their ‘secret’ how they all flank to handstand! They found a good way to train the compulsories and I am glad I could learn so much from them, and took home a lot of information and trainingskills to improve our training at home.
