DWV focuses on the market for vaulting horses and is therefore constantly looking for horses that fit the profile. Obviously they do not need to be familiar with this discipline, that is something we teach the horse. A vaulting prospect is sober in his head, willing to work and has a nice canter. We always look for horses that are nice to ride under the saddle, because even a volcano horse runs more under the saddle than he does at the lunge. In terms of level and quality canter, everything has to fit. For example, a horse does not have to have a very good canter for quality sport, it must be very reliable and stable. A horse for top sport may have a little more character, but on the other hand it must gallop well and the correct use of body is important. A horse with a loose back is now many times more comfortable.
If you think you have a suitable horse, you can always contact us without obligation.
